| Introduction to Kayaking |
| This is a great first step to learning about kayaking. The class is taught in recreational kayaks, which offer the stability new paddlers need. We will learn about carrying kayaks, launching and getting out of our kayaks, basic paddling strokes and maneuvering our craft. This is a great way to jump start your paddling, or to help prepare you for more in-depth classes such as Sea Kayaking Essentials or Rolling and Rescue. Canoe Imports' ACA Certified instructors teach you the correct way to get the most from your kayak. |
